Shipping
We offer Free Domestic Shipping for all of the products on our website. All orders will be processed as they are received. We package and ship each piece for free within 1 to 3 days via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, which generally delivers with 2-3 days for a total of 5-7 days.  If a Hook is sold out, it may take 2 days to make it and then mail it out via USPS.  If this happens, we will contact you as soon as the order is received and we realize one has to be made, TPF (Two Pink Flamingos) Concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  Our Hooks are all handmade here in West Palm Beach, from the mold, to casting, to polishing and setting the diamond.

All Hooks to be delivered will have tracking AND insurance. Once we send the tracking number you can follow it at:  You can enter tracking number to see the status of your item in the US (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input).

Each item has the shipping time noted in the description.
We ship within the US postal system. For your protection and ours, we verify all shipping addresses. If the address does not look complete we will email you for verification, so please supply your email address so we can quickly contact you.
We do not ship overnight.

Returns
1. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong or damaged items, you can return the item in new and unworn condition, just as you received it in it's bag. We must receive the item back within 7 days. Once we have the item back and there are no issues with it, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

2. If you would like to exchange it for something else in our shop we will be happy to do that once we have the original piece back with the same conditions applied as mentioned above in #1. If there is a price difference we will bill (or refund) you for the difference once we are ready to ship the new piece. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have your receipt of purchase. The returned item(s) must be well packed in a shipping Box, green peanuts or bubble wrap, it must be protected or no refund.

It is not allowed to return the item(s) in an envelope.
To return and ship the item(s) in an envelope, no refund will be processed.

Two Pink Flamingos does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customers.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you return an item, we must be notified of the tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If an order is sent back to TPF due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the cost of shipping/insurance plus $15 restocking fee.  If you would like to have the order reshipped, the customer will have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order unless we receive notice within 3 hours.  Once the order has been placed and handed over to the vendor (US Postal Service/Federal Express) for shipping. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

Cancelled or Refused Orders:
Orders cancelled after the product has shipped, or orders that are refused at time of delivery because you changed your mind and decided you just didn't want the order are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, contact with us to obtain a RMA Number, and ship the product back to the correct address. No shipping costs will be credited if order is cancelled or if delivery is refused.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

With proper care your sterling silver jewelry will last much longer time.

You should always remove your jewelry before putting on makeup, lotions, and perfumes or using hair products. Make sure these products have had time to absorb into your skin before you put your jewelry back on. Do not handle your jewelry after putting on hand lotion, as this can leave fingerprint marks that are very difficult to remove.

Never wear your jewelry when working with detergents, bleaches, or any other household chemicals, as they will cause discoloration of the silver.

Usually the change color of silver is evenly, such as 925 silver disc. But it is easy to polish that by using a piece of cloth which is included in the sale.

Some people are in special skin (physiological secretion) and sensitive to silver. The skin secretion make silver darker and darker (dark spots).

What if the USPS site states the package is ‘undeliverable as addressed’:
Please try to reach your local postal office with tracking number as soon as possible.

What if USPS delivered the package as shown on USPS tracking system (Delivered, or Delivered, In/At Mailbox) and you did not receive the package?
you should:
1. To file a complaint in your postal office.
2, To file a Mail Theft case to the police officer.
Buyer will get report from USPS Postal Inspection Service and “Mail Theft case” report from Police Officer.

We, as the seller, are only responsible for the item to be delivered by USPS into buyer's shipping address.
