OUR STORY
Our two Pink Flamingos and myself met in the U.S.Virgin Islands a long time ago. One flamingo flew in from Switzerland, the other one flew in from Michigan, and I migrated from New York. You can see a common thread....cold weather, and we were all searching for sunshine year around, beautiful beach's and a place to sink our toes in the sand. The Virgin Islands was the perfect spot!
After 20+ years of island life, we all decided to fly off in search of a new location to call home. Life was good, we were all happy. I married one of the flamingos so we went off to the west coast and the other flamingo stayed in the Caribbean...but moved to a different island.
However as time went by, it happened...the ocean and sandy beaches we thought of daily were once again calling us and somehow we all landed in Palm Beach County on the east coast of Florida. We all met up again and the friendship was renewed.
The two Flamingos had hatched the online store idea separately and over dinner one night the three of us started talking about what we wanted to do next in our lives and that lead to ideas, planning, seeking beautiful jewelry, casual bags and accessories and here we finally are with our newly launched online store called "Two Pink Flamingos".
Living in the Caribbean & Florida over the years has taught us to respect the environment from the ocean and all of the beautiful creatures in it, to the beautiful land here in Florida, the amazing Everglades and how important it is to all of us here. We are blessed with the abundance of exotic birds, plants, and flowers that we sometimes take for granted. And then of course, there are so many amazing people from all over the world here. There is so much to be learned from the different cultures and many people we can now call friends.
As we move forward we hope to partner with more creative people and offer more one of a kind jewelry, casual accessories and accessible fashion.
